Widening works for Telok Paku Road and Nicoll Drive, which includes the construction of a vehicular bridge across Changi Creek, is completing soon.

To facilitate construction of the remaining works, the Loyang bound carriageway of the new vehicular bridge will open first to traffic on 10 June 2008 at 5am. The other bound carriageway towards Changi Coast Road will be opened later in end July 2008.

Traffic from Nicoll Drive heading towards Loyang Avenue will be diverted to the new bridge. Traffic from Loyang Ave heading towards Changi Coast Road will continue to use the existing bridge across Changi Creek.

Motorists from Nicoll Drive going to Water-Venture (Changi), Civil Defence Volunteer Training Centre and Carpark 1 and 2 at Nicoll Drive, will use the temporary "U-Turn" at Telok Paku Road to proceed to Nicoll Drive.

Motorists from Water-Venture (Changi), Civil Defence Volunteer Training Centre and Carpark 1 and 2, going to Loyang Avenue and Nicoll Drive (Changi Coast Road bound), will not be affected.

The existing bus stop B07 at Nicoll Drive will be closed permanently and will be replaced by the new bus stop opposite Carpark 3 at Nicoll Drive.

Information signs will be displayed to inform motorists of the opening. Motorists are advised to drive carefully and follow the traffic signs displayed.
