To facilitate the construction of road tunnels as part of the Woodsville Interchange upgrading project, the stretch of Upper Serangoon Road between PIE and Meyappa Chettiar Road will be realigned.

A section of Serangoon Road under the PIE will also be realigned.

The realignment of Upper Serangoon Road will take effect from 16 November 2008 at 5am and will last for a period of about 3 years until the road tunnels are completed.

Traffic directions will remain unchanged during the road realignment.
