To facilitate the construction of the Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE), traffic exiting from ECP (City) into KPE will be diverted with effect from Sunday, 27 September 2009.

This traffic diversion will be in place while the construction of the MCE is ongoing.

As part of this diversion, the existing slip road from ECP (City) to KPE will be closed from 12am on Sunday, 27 September 2009. The diverted slip road will be open to traffic from 5am on Sunday, 27 September 2009.

Directional and information signs will be placed along the affected road to inform and guide motorists.
