To facilitate the launching of precast concrete beams, the slip road to the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) (towards Changi), from Upper Jurong Road near the Pasir Laba Flyover, will be closed to traffic on 20 March 2005 and 21 March 2005 from 1.00am to 5.00am daily.

Motorists travelling from Benoi Road towards the PIE (towards Changi) are advised to turn right to Upper Jurong Road in the direction of Pioneer Road North. They can then turn left at Pioneer Road North before making a right turn to enter the PIE.

Motorists travelling from Pasir Laba Camp towards the PIE (towards Changi) are advised to go straight along Upper Jurong Road in the direction of Pioneer Road North. They can then turn left at Pioneer Road North before making a right turn to enter the PIE.

Motorists are advised to drive carefully and to follow the directional signs on display.
