To facilitate the installation of an
Expressway Monitoring and Advisory System (EMAS) signboard at the Central
Expressway (CTE) (towards Seletar Expressway) after the Whampoa Flyover, the
following slip roads will be temporarily closed to traffic on 6 December
2005, from 12.01am to 5.00am:

advised to exit at 15A to CTE (towards City), and exit at 7C, travel along
Balestier Road and enter CTE (towards SLE) via Moulmein slip road
entrance. |

PIE (towards Changi Airport ) exit 15 to CTE (towards
Ang Mo Kio) |

Motorists travelling along PIE (towards Changi Airport)
are advised to exit at 16A, travel along Toa Payoh Lor 6 and enter CTE
(towards SLE) via Braddell slip road entrance. |

Serangoon Road entry to CTE (towards Ang Mo Kio) |

Motorists travelling along Serangoon Road are advised to
turn into Balestier Road and enter CTE (towards SLE) via Moulmein slip
road entrance.
