Third Quarterly ERP Review
1. The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has completed its
quarterly review of traffic conditions on Electronic Road Pricing (ERP)-priced
roads and expressways. For this review, the new ERP criteria, namely the 85th
percentile speed measurement method and rate adjustment of $1, will be applied
to gantries in the CBD and Outer Cordon, as earlier announced, while the old
criteria of average speed and rate adjustment of $0.50 will be applied to all
the other gantries. Arising from the review, ERP rates at the following gantry
will be revised:

ERP Rate Review Criteria
4. LTA reviews the traffic conditions on the expressways and
roads in the Restricted Zone (RZ) and Radial Roads where the ERP system is in
operation every quarterly and for the June and December school holidays.
5. Following each review, the ERP rates will be adjusted where
necessary. This is to achieve optimal traffic flow on our expressways and roads.
