To facilitate the construction of a pedestrian overhead bridge, a stretch of Upper Thomson Road, between Sin Ming Road and Sin Ming Avenue, will be closed to traffic on Friday, 12 March 2004 between 1.00am and 5.00am.

Motorists travelling along Upper Thomson Road, in the direction of Sembawang Road/Ang Mo Kio, are advised to make a right turn into Jalan Todak and use Sin Ming Road and Sin Ming Avenue to re-enter Upper Thomson Road.

Motorists travelling along Upper Thomson Road, in the direction of city, are advised to make a left turn into Sin Ming Avenue and use Sin Ming Dive and Sin Ming Road to re-enter Upper Thomson Road.

Motorists are advised to drive carefully and follow the directional signs displayed.
