Sengkang and Punggol residents will enjoy the
full benefits of the Tampines Expressway (TPE)/Sengkang East Road interchange
when the final slip road at this interchange opens to traffic on Wednesday,
14 April at 10.00am.
With the opening of this new slip road,
motorists will have an alternative route from TPE (CTE/SLE bound) to Sengkang
and Punggol New Towns. This will help to improve traffic flow along Punggol
Road.
The opening of this slip road, from TPE to
Sengkang East Road and Punggol Way, also marks the completion of the TPE/Sengkang
