Please note that the closing date of the 2nd and final PQ is 3 October 2011 by 1200 hours, Singapore time.

Submission Details	Tenders must be submitted into the designated tender box by 12 noon sharp, Singapore time on the specified tender closing date. Tender boxes are located at the Tender Counter at LTA, 1 Hampshire Road, Block 2, Level 1, Tender Division, Singapore 219428. Counter Operating Hours: Mondays-Fridays 8.00am to 5.30pm. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
